FROM FIRST QUESTION TO NEXT STEP

Let’s keep
this simple.

  1. 01

    Tell me what you need.

Email a short description of the problem or what you’d like to learn. Everyday language is perfect.

  2. 02

    We agree on a plan.

We’ll confirm the topic, price, appointment time, and how to connect before the session.

  3. 03

    We work through it together.

You stay present, ask questions, and enter your own passwords. I’ll explain proposed changes before we make them.

A PERSON ON THE OTHER END

Hi, I’m Richard.

I bring an IT background and a straightforward approach: listen first, explain clearly, and make room for questions.

Core Node Media offers remote computer support and beginner lessons for adults who want a little help using their technology. Whether you’re sorting out a frustrating issue or learning the basics, we’ll take it one step at a time.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Questions welcome.
Always.

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. The lessons are designed for beginners, and support sessions use plain language. Tell me what you’re trying to do and where you get stuck.

How does remote support work?

We’ll arrange a connection method before the appointment. If screen sharing or remote access is needed, I’ll explain the steps. You remain at your computer throughout the session.

Can every problem be fixed remotely?

No. Hardware repairs and problems that prevent us from connecting may need in-person help. Describe the issue before booking so we can decide whether a remote appointment makes sense. A specific fix cannot be guaranteed.

Can I arrange a lesson for a parent or family member?

Yes. Tell me what they’d like to learn, and we can plan a session with them. They should be comfortable participating and present for the lesson.

LET’S START WITH YOUR QUESTION

What can I help
you with?

Tell me what isn’t working or what you’d like to learn.
We’ll figure out the next step together.
