This policy explains how Core Node Media LLC ("Core Node Media," "we," or "us") handles information when you visit corenodemedia.com or contact us about computer support or lessons.

Information you choose to send

Core Node Media currently accepts inquiries by email only. The website does not have an account system, comments, a contact form, online booking, or payment processing. If you email us, we receive the address you use, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to include. Please do not send passwords or sensitive documents by email.

Information handled when you visit

Our web host may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and the date and time of a request. This information may be used to deliver the site, maintain security, and diagnose technical problems.

The site loads DM Sans and Manrope through Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes requests to Google to retrieve the font files, and Google receives technical request information. Google describes how the Fonts API works in its technical documentation and explains its data practices in the Google Privacy Policy.

The site code does not set cookies and does not include advertising or analytics tools.

How information is used

Information you send may be used to respond to your inquiry, determine whether remote help is a good fit, arrange and provide a service, keep necessary business records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Core Node Media does not currently use customer information for newsletters, promotional email, or referrals.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be handled by providers that support website hosting and email delivery. Core Node Media does not currently share customer information with contractors, business partners, or referral providers. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of the service.

Retention and requests

Core Node Media does not currently use a fixed deletion schedule. You may email a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided. Each request will be reviewed subject to applicable record-retention requirements.
